The Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997 MK2) was set into production in 2009 and is an upgraded version of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997). The engine is a 3.8L instead of the 3.6L Flat-Six engine that can be found in older models.

Editions

Grey

The "Grey" edition was released on August 9th, 2011, alongside the Mazda MX-5 for Top-Up. The car comes pre-equipped with Amerikon Speedsystems street-tuned Performance Parts.

Seacrest County

The "Seacrest County" edition was released on August 30th, 2011, alongside the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec R34 "Raven" edition for Top-Up. The car is labelled as a Cop Edition but is one of the few Cop editions which do not feature any Cop Lights. The car comes pre-equipped with Gromlen race-tuned performance parts, 2-star Skill Mods and aftermarket parts. The car also features a Cop livery which is based on the SCPD Porsche 911 GT3 RS from Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010).

White

The "White" edition was released on November 28th, 2013, as the Cash version of the car and comes with no parts.  

Overall Performance

Achievable Classes

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS has a stock top speed of 308 km/h (191 mph) for Class A. The acceleration is strong especially through its first five gears. The nitrous output that the GT3 RS has is also strong. The handling of the GT3 RS is good and responsive but may feel loose at some points.

For Pursuit Outrun and Team Escape the car can perform well. It can go through roadblocks fairly well and its handling is responsive enough for dodging heavy police vehicles such as rhinos as well. However, head-on collisions with them may bring the GT3 RS to a full stop.
