Neons (or Underglow) is when lights are attached to the chassis of a car so that the ground under the car becomes illuminated. Neons are parts in the Aftermarket Shop, used for visual customization. The neons are made by an in-game company called Lumox, which also produces Window Tints. Standard neons can only be bought with SpeedBoost, or won from a Lucky Draw after an event. Neons are also one of the most expensive items on the Aftermarket Shop, as their prices range from 800 
to 1,500 . Neons can also be found in Aftermarket Card Packs.
