Not to be confused with Morgan Beach (Location)
The Morgan Beach district is the southern-most district in Kempton and Palmont City and is based on Long Beach, California so it has many beaches including Morgan Beach and looks out over Robinson Bay towards the ocean. There is an also church, a skatepark (inaccessible) and a big market area with some restaurants what seems to be a pedestrian road as no traffic cars drive along here.
