Overall Performance[]
Achievable Classes | |||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 has a stock top speed of 323 km/h (201 mph) which is very fast for Class A cars. The acceleration is strong but is actually weaker compared to its 997 MK.2 predecessor. Its acceleration in higher gears is somewhat slower, which may cause the GT3 RS to take a while before it reaches its top speed. The nitrous output is somewhat stronger than the 997 MK.2 though. The handling is good and responsive, however, the RS 4.0 is prone to oversteer at the limit.
In Team Escapes or Pursuit, the GT3 RS 4.0 might perform decently. Its good handling makes it easy to avoid Rhinos and squeeze between roadblocks. The car is heavy enough to hit through these roadblocks, but if it suffers a head-on collision with any Rhinos, the car will stop or be greatly slowed down, but it will regain its speed fairly quickly thanks to the acceleration the car has. It is recommendable however, to use a Juggernaut powerup when going through roadblocks or when pushed by cops, to compensate the car's for the car's light weight.

Changelog[]
- 2012-10-30 Fixed some vinyl distortion issues on the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0
Notes[]
- In June 2013, a free code for the "Megabloks" edition was given out on the russian Need for Speed: World Vkontakte page, however, the code was glitched and in many cases the wrong car was given where as some received the "White" 911 GT3 RS 4.0 or the 911 GT3 RS 997 MK.2 instead.
