Evading Meter
Untouchable was a Pursuit Skill that made the evade meter fill up quicker. The skill wasn't really helpful unless a players' focus was on long pursuits as the shorter a Pursuit Outrun lasts, the less rep and IGC are rewarded.
Since the Skill Mods system was introduced to the game, Untouchable has been disabled from the game.
